Regarding Returns, Defective Products, and Cancellations:
If you receive a defective product or a product that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a good or correct product. Please contact us at online.ryotaaoki@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the product. If we do not have a good or correct product in stock, we will issue a refund. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product when you return it. However, if the exchange or return is due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement product when you return it.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases.

1. Products that have been received more than 8 days ago.
2. Products that have been used, repaired, or cleaned.
