Refund policy
If you receive a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered, we will exchange it for a good or correct item. Please contact us at online.ryotaaoki@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving the item. If we do not have the correct or good item in stock, we will refund your money. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement item when you return it. However, if the exchange or return is due to personal reasons, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the replacement item when you return it.

We cannot accept exchanges or returns in the following cases.
