[Displayed Price]

Shipping within Japan: The displayed price includes consumption tax.
Shipping outside Japan: The displayed price includes packaging handling fees.

[Time of Conclusion of Purchase Agreement]

The purchase agreement is considered to be concluded when RYOTA AOKI POTTERY (hereinafter referred to as "our company") sends you an order confirmation email.

[Order Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges]

Orders cannot be canceled after the purchase agreement has been concluded.
Returns and exchanges after delivery are only accepted if you contact us within 7 days of receiving the product.
Notwithstanding the preceding paragraph, orders for the following commercial products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.

1) Items that have been opened or used
2) Items that have been damaged or soiled by the customer
3) Items that are missing all accessories, including packaging (bags and cases)
4) Items that have been custom-made or modified to a customer's order
6) Items that are otherwise not returnable as specified on the product page

We will cover the shipping costs for returns and exchanges in the event of a defective item or an item that is different from what you ordered.

You will be responsible for the shipping costs for exchanges and returns due to your own convenience.

[Warranty]

Except as stated in the previous article, we make no guarantee against defects in the items sold.

[Other Notes]

The photos of the items displayed on this website are actual photographs. However, when viewed on a computer monitor, the color tone and other aspects may differ from those seen in person.

Please note that we are not responsible for any issues arising from non-delivery or garbled text in emails sent to or from customers to us.
When ordering multiple items at once, if some of the items are out of stock, we reserve the right, at our discretion, to delay delivery until all ordered items are in stock.
There are some countries and regions where we cannot deliver items due to public safety or other reasons. Countries and regions where we can deliver are listed separately under "Overseas Shipping Regions."
Items will be shipped in standard export packaging designed to withstand international transport.
We are liable for any damage or breakage to the item caused by improper packaging, but we cannot be held liable for accidents caused by improper cargo handling by the customer.
Unless otherwise agreed, risk of loss or damage to the item will pass to the customer when the item is delivered to the ocean or air carrier in Japan. However, we will retain title to the item until payment for the item has been made in full.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in shipping goods or in fulfilling contractual obligations due to war, civil unrest, riots, labor disputes, epidemics, fires, typhoons, floods, earthquakes, embargoes, government control, or any other causes beyond our control.

[Arbitration]

Any dispute, controversy, or difference of opinion that may arise between the parties regarding or relating to this Agreement and that the parties are unable to resolve between themselves shall be finally settled by arbitration in Japan in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the International Commercial Arbitration Association. The award rendered by the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

[Governing Law]

The formation, validity, performance, and interpretation of these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Japan.
