■使用とともに油分などの染み込みがみられたり、ビネガーやアルコール分が反応して変色する場合があります。
器の個性や経年変化としてもちろんお楽しみいただけますが、気になる方は使い始めにキッチンペーパーなどにオイル（オリーブオイル、サラダ油など）を染み込ませ一面に塗ってください。その後食器用洗剤で洗い、通常通りお使いください。オイルがコーティングの役目をしてくれます。
